Recipe: Easy Summer Dinner

So my guy is on vacation right now, and the last thing I want to do is spend hours in the kitchen when we can spend time together, or work on the house.

So yesterday, I made one of my famous easy summer dinners.  There was nothing left.  I paired some potato coated mahi from Whole Foods with some steamed green beans, and some Red Lobster Biscuits.  Did you know they sell the mix at the store?  I used to make these by hand, and now-boom-I have a mix to use!  All you need is water, shredded cheddar cheese, and butter.

It took me about 30 minutes start to finish to make this meal, and it was incredible.  Is it bad DH and I at all of the biscuits?  Even thought the box says it makes 10?  Eh?

  1. Not going to lie... we buy giant packs of Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Sam's Club. They are my favorite things ever ;)
