Well, it obviously didn't turn out as expected. The burgers tasted like...meh. And. Of course, all I could think was epic fail. I was a bit upset, but as always, he made me feel like a queen. Needless to say, I probably won't venture into making buffalo burgers indoors without a grill again...or even ever.
But, I am forever grateful that I have a husband that makes me feel like a queen, no matter what.
#epic fail aftermath. Lots of dishes. |
ugh i hate when a recipe doesn't turn out like you think it will or it just falls flat, especially when you put a lot of time and effort into it! how were your fries though :)
ReplyDeleteFries were good. Yes. So disappointing. But, it happens!
DeleteOh man, slaving away on a recipe and having it turn out blah is the worst. Have you tried burgers in a cast iron skillet?? We just got one and I hear that's a great way to make indoor burgers.
ReplyDeleteI have not, but def want to now! I just pray that the snow melts today so we can use our grill soon! Our neighbor used his yesterday, and I was a bit jealous:)
