So I am a big fan of beef stroganoff. It is awesome. And I am not talking about the "helper" kind. You know. That helper. The one I will not let enter my home. I lived off of it as a kid, and nevermore.
Ok. So back to
the recipe from Recipes.com for Cooking Light Magazine. I made it in the crock pot the other day, and it was amazing. I definitely had to stir it a few times, unlike most recipes, but I still loved how it turned out.
