Turtle Bars

So as promised, I am sharing the one recipe that I made over the holidays.  I had the busiest December, and didn't even think of baking until the 22nd.  Ugh.  So NOT Megan. 

I found this recipe online, and gave it a try.  I made three batches, and they are pure heaven.  I tried them on Chicago's finest, and they were impressed:)
