Baked Tilapia, Roasted Garlic Cauliflower, and Couscous

Needless to say, I have become obsessed with the Roasted Garlic Cauliflower recipe. 

I recently marinated a tilapia filet in lemon pepper, baked it and paired it with some of the cauliflower and couscous.  Amazing healthy meal, cheap as well.  I made the whole meal for me under $3.

 
This meal took me about 30 minutes from start to finish.  It is all very easy to make, and extremely healthy!
