Peanut Butter Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes this week, and they turned out so good!

1 3/4 cups of flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1 stick of butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Place paper baking cups in cupcake pan (makes about 20+ cupcakes).  Whisk flour, cocoa, and baking powder in a bowl.  Then, in a separate bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.  Add sugar gradually and beat thoroughly.  Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.  Add flour mixture, alternating with milk.  Stir in vanilla last.  Divide batter equally in each paper baking cups.  Bake for 24-26 minutes.  Completely cool muffins on wire rack.  Frost with milk chocolate frosting.  I used ready made frosting with a decorating tip.  They tasted amazing!
